When you renew your Workers Compensation insurance, there’s a few steps you need to take to ensure you’re covered and that your premium is correct. Outlined below is the process we’ll go through to finalise your policy.

Under the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, employers are obligated to declare both estimated gross wages and actual wages annually to maintain their Employers Indemnity insurance policy. If you do not provide these, Guild may be unable to issue you with a policy until we receive your completed form and WorkCover WA may penalise you.
