Policy Wordings
From 1 July 2024, all policies, regardless of renewal date, will be regulated under the Workers Compensation and Injuries Management Act 2023. This Act supersedes the 1981 version of the Act. For any further information, please contact your Account Manager.

Under the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, employers are obligated to declare both estimated gross wages and actual wages annually to maintain their Employers Indemnity insurance policy. If you do not provide these, Guild may be unable to issue you with a policy until we receive your completed form and WorkCover WA may penalise you.
