Terms and Conditions

1. By entering into the Prize Draw, entrants are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these conditions.

2. Instructions on how to enter the Prize Draw and other details contained within the advertising material for the Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions. Entrants can enter multiple times via the Gleam competition online.

3. Entry is limited to Australian residents who are not employed by the Promoter or its related companies.

4. Entrants must be aged 18 years and over and each person may only enter the Prize Draw once.

5. The Prize Draw commences at 12:00 am on 20/01/2020 and closes at 11:59:59 PM on 21/02/2020.

6. The winner will be randomly drawn between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm on 24/02/2020. The draw will take place at Level 13, 171 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000. The winner will be contacted by phone OR email. The prize will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the date the winner claims the prize for delivery of their prize.

7. All correct and valid entries submitted during the Prize Draw will be entered into the draw to win the nominated prize. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.  If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

8. If the prize is not claimed within 3 months of the draw date, a redraw will take place on 24/05/2020 at Guild Group at Level 13, 171 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000.

9. The prize is a $500 travel gift card.

10. NSW Permit number LTPM/18/03799. No individual prize exceeds $1,000 & the total value of prizes do not exceed $100,000.

11. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied unless authorised by the Promoter. The prize value includes GST and is in Australian dollars and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or part of is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value subject to any written directions from the relevant regulator.

12. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any additional costs or requirements associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

13. The prize is provided by the Promoter, Guild Group Holdings Limited (ABN 72 060 237 774) of Level 13, 171 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000.

15. The information supplied by you will be received, retained, used and disclosed by the Promoter, its related companies and business partners for the primary purpose of providing you with further information on evaluating, affecting, managing and administering products and services offered by the Promoter, its related companies and business partners. You may at any time request that no further marketing material be sent to you and you may access the personal information the Promoter holds about you by calling 1800 810 213.

16. Prize Draw entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, state of residence and photo in the event that they are a winner in any media, including advertising and agrees to participate in any promotional activities without payment, for the purposes of promoting the Prize Draw and promoting the Promoter’s business.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

18. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Prize Draw. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Prize Draw, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not this occurs under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
